Our History
Hostetter & Keach, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Butch Hostetter and Greg Keach who remain the co-owners.
Our projects consists of commercial, industrial, religious and healthcare-related projects throughout North and South Carolina. These projects involve new construction, as well as additions and renovations to existing facilities that must remain operational during the construction process. All members of Hostetter & Keach, Inc.'s construction management teams are well versed in the scheduling, coordination and communication required by each facility's staffs to keep the interruptions to normal operations to a bare minimum without negatively impacting the project schedule or budget.
Hostetter & Keach, Inc. seeks to identify clients interested in developing a long-term relationship and work with them to manage their current and future construction needs. The growth of our company has been controlled and closely mirrors the growth of our clients. Our repeat client ratio of 85% is the best testimonial to our commitment to deliver a high quality finished product on schedule and within budget. Hostetter & Keach, Inc. continues to provide construction management services for Carolinas Healthcare System, Presbyterian Hospital and Metro YMCA, who were the company's first clients.
We currently have approximately fifty total employees. The combined construction experience of the two owners, five project managers and twelve superintendents is over 400 years. Combining this expertise with the direct involvement of one of the owners on every project undertaken by Hostetter & Keach, Inc. gives the client the best of both worlds: the experience of a large construction management firm and the personal attention and streamlined decision-making process only a smaller company can provide.

Our Team
Delivering excellence is a philosophy that permeates our organization, from Butch Hostetter and Greg Keach, to our 12 superintendents, to every subcontractor who sets foot on our job sites.
We believe excellence depends on retaining experienced employees and backing their expertise with hands-on involvement by our company's principals. Most of our team members have worked in the construction industry for more than 10 years. Each of them enjoys the support and assistance of Butch Hostetter and Greg Keach, who personally oversee each project performed by our firm.

GREG KEACH
PRESIDENT / PRINCIPAL
When Greg Keach sits down to discuss a project, he brings 28 years of construction industry expertise to the table. His unsurpassed list of capabilities include field work, budgeting/estimating, scheduling, material procurement, subcontractor negotiations and execution, owner/client relations and operation/personnel management. His negotiating skills make him a standout in the construction industry. Greg is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.

quot;Butch" Hostetter is adept at handling every aspect of an institutional, healthcare or commercial construction project from design, estimating and budgeting to project staffing, value engineering, contract procurement, scheduling, long range planning and client relations. His attention to detail and over 25 years of construction industry expertise makes him one of the area's most knowledgeable and professional construction experts. Butch graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
